I think that pic is actually from the 1999 shoot, where Niki actually had no pictures in the magazine but was in the making-of video. Think she had the longer hair still for the 98 issue.
Was a weird segment of the video, since neither Niki nor Anouk Voorveld actually had any pictures in the magazine. It was like the video for the 1993 issue where Eva Herzigova posed, but she didn't make the issue until 1997.

Wow, Wikipedia lists her only as being in the 1997 and 1998 issues, and '97 was all bikinis, so I thought I'd done the detective work.
I don't think I even realized she had anything to do with 1999, so I defer to you on this! Thanks for the info.
